Today, the form shows up as an entry in WP Admin but when I preview it or try to edit it or view it in a page on the front end, none of the forms settings / fields show up ( "Oops, form not found" on front end, blank form on back end ). Checked the database, the form has all of the meta data still intact.</p> <p>Any known causes for this sort of behavior ( to narrow our debugging )? </p>
