I installed 1.6.4.1.1 and my (conditional logic based) form completely disappeared. I do not see any older versions of JS running (maybe I'm missing it?) on my site that would cause a conflict.</p> <p>Additionally, I'm having issues in the form builder. For example, a new dropdown added to the form does not allow editing (does not respond to mouse click, etc.).</p> <p>I just downgraded to 1.6.3.1.1 (the version I purchased originally) and it all works again.</p> <p><a href="http://mrmdts.org/pay-online/" rel="nofollow">http://mrmdts.org/pay-online/</a></p> <p>Any suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated! </p>
