Since I added the Subscription Add on (I think), it will no longer redirect to Paypal upon Submit although the entries process and email notifications are sent - I have noticed that the registration confirmation email no longer contains the value of the "Club Fees" chosen and the Choose Payment field under the form submission says "Array".</p> <p>I tried defaulting to the 2012 Theme and turning off all other plugins with no change.</p> <p>I also made a simple test form that worked correctly until I added a subscription payment. </p>
