When the form is submitted, no user is created.</p> <p>I have extra fields besides the standard login fields, but as far as I'm aware only name and email are required.</p> <p>I also have it set to send email upon activation and no emails are being sent.</p> <p>Not sure what else I have to do to make it work. </p>
