Glad the issue was resolved. I think it may have had to do with doing a full uninstall which removes all the database tables, etc. Deactivating and deleting the plugin does not do this. You have to run the uninstall. </p> <p>So anyone reading this, if you are having an issue where forms are not saving when you first install the plugin... try the following steps in order before posting for help on the forums. This usually does the trick.</p> <p>- Uninstall the plugin using the Uninstall tool on the Settings page of the plugin.</p> <p>- Delete the plugin files completely from the server via FTP.</p> <p>- Reupload the plugin to the server via FTP.</p> <p>- Activate the plugin.</p> <p>- Create a new form.</p> <p>If you still have an issue, contact us via the support forum but the above usually does the trick when this issue arises on a new install.
