Thank you Kyle for the info. And, yes it would be a good idea to move my original issue with solution to How-to; I'll do that this afternoon.

Best regards,

You should post a how-to of your original problem. It helps other users.

You could create a post type for signees, then set up a hook to create a new post of that type with the signee name. This can be simplified by using the Gravity Forms Custom Post Type form.

For the list of signees, you'd just need to pull all posts of that type and display the name.

OK, I figured it out and it can do it!!! But, I do have a question that I hope someone can answer. When someone signs the form/petition, we would like the first and last name from the field to be added to the "signed" list located below the form. Can this be done?

Thank you.

I work with several political groups that need to create an online questionnaire - that's the easy part. But the form notification needs to be sent to the default notification email, but also to an email address based on the zip code entered. For example, if I just filled out the form and zip code is 90210, my form would be submitted to email address "A", but if my zip code is 90211, my form would be submitted to email address "B" and so on and so on...

I love Gravity Forms and am hoping there is a way.

Thank you for your help.
