			<description>&#60;p&#62;You're talking about the form description. When embedding a form, you have the option to display the form title and form description above the form.&#60;/p&#62;

&#60;p&#62;It sounds like you've unchecked the option to display the description. If you check your page in the admin, your shortcode probably has the description set to false.. something like this.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;[gravityform id=1 name=ContactForm 1 title=false description=false]&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;if so, you can simply delete the &#34;description=false&#34; portion of the shortcode, save the page and you should then see the description output along with the form.
