No problem, we don't have a repository on hand per se, however, there is this demo we setup that shows a madlib style of doing a form. Obviously this is much more complex, than what you are looking to do - but thats what's great about Gravity Forms. You can manipulate and style the hell out of it - and it's pretty fun to boot.

Thanks Rob,

I've been searching for some examples of forms using gravity with no luck. Can you point me to some examples?

I'll appreciate it!

Yes, you can achieve that - you'll need to be comfortable with CSS, but we have seen a lot of complex form setups before.

The button can be done via CSS or you can make an image and use that.

Is it possible to get a form like this one using gravity forms:

http://www.bluefountainmedia.com/raq-form-v2

I mean the styling, html on the side, large submit button, etc.

Thanks!
