At peak, the memory might be coming close to your limit. Your load averages, even on a shared environment should probably not be so high. You might want to contact them about this as someone might be using more than their fair share. You are right that the form submission is running oddly slow, but I can't see any JavaScript issues or anything. I noticed that the form submission takes several seconds ... like 20-30 seconds on average...</p> <p>Any pointers on what could be wrong? </p>
