Upon submission with permalinks off I get sent to a 403 Forbidden page (apache 403 page). Can you try running your page without the pretty permalink (i.e index.php?p=123), submit the form and see if the form gets processed. If submitting the form that way works, you have a permalink issue that basically prevents any form in the page from posting its values. Other then turning off permalinks, I don't know how to solve the problem. Upon submission, it shows the empty form and no entries are mailed / logged.</p> <p>Anyone have this issue before? I've disabled all plugins on the site already and tested that way, no luck. </p>
