Hi there -

We're using the PayPal Pro Add-On (v.1.1) on 4 of our GF forms. While payments are processing successfully for all of these forms, the GF Form Title or GF Product Title is not reflected when we view these transactions in PayPal. We therefore have no way of discerning what transaction belongs to what GF form.

The email notifications we are receiving from PayPal however, do show the GF Product Title being captured as the Item Name in PayPal. So, PayPal is receiving this data but it's not recorded on the individual transactions. Here's a screen shot of a PayPal notification email showing the Product Title being captured as Item Name. And here's actual transaction data exported from PayPal, minus the sensitive data. The 'Item Title' column in the transaction data is empty so we don't know what GF form these transactions belong to.

Here's the actual form on our website if needed - https://www.tallowood.org/camp-tallowood-2013-registration/

Any ideas as to what is going on?
