I went ahead and recreated my test and took new screenshots.</p> <p>I am unable to recreate this issue on your site. I submitted form id 12 and selected Dallas for the metro area and Attorneys for the Business/Service and submitted the form. We've tried changing the categories, saving the form and then picking the right categories again, but it doesn't work.
