To determine why automatic upgrades aren't working we would have to look at your WordPress.</p> <p>We would need a login to your WordPress site that gives us access to the Administration Panel to look at your plugin settings.</p> <p>As you have already manually installed 1.2 there is nothing to upgrade to so we can't debug it now.</p> <p>When you are within Gravity Forms (Edit Forms, Entries, Settings, etc.) related areas of the WordPress Administration Panel do you see a "Buy Gravity Forms" message at the top of the screen? </p>
