There's no provision to do something like this out of the box with Gravity Forms, but with some effort I'm sure you could pull it off. I've seen a few really complex form layouts that people have implemented.

I can't recommend any one way to do this, but you'd probably want to go with some type of jQuery plugin like this one. It looks like it has a lot of options on how to implement it and is pretty flexible, even allowing custom html.

http://www.stilbuero.de/jquery/tabs_3/

This may be a bit easier once the 1.3.13 version is released with the inline HTML block capabilities. Again, I haven't tried this at all so I can't really tell you how easy it would be for sure.

If you're looking to do a multi-page type form (in my opinion a much better choice than tabs) one of the forum members has put together a script that will enable you to do that.

http://forum.gravityhelp.com/topic/wizard-plugin-for-gravity-forms#post-6191

If you do end up needing help getting something like this implemented, I would recommend getting in touch with David via email at david@ounceoftalent.com. He does some pretty amazing stuff with Gravity Forms and I'm sure he could rock it out for you.

Hello,

I've been asked to create a form that spans across tabs on a page. The multi-tabbed layout is useful in our business as it makes long form surveys less daunting, and the entire
layout more use-friendly. Is this something that is possible with Gravity Forms? If so, what do you recommend for achieving it?
