Upload time is going to depend on 3 factors:</p> <p>- Size of the file<br /> - Speed of your server<br /> - Speed of the users internet</p> <p>There is nothing Gravity Forms can do to speed up the upload. The AJAX spinner lets the user knows that the form is still processing.</p> <p>The upload performance is at the mercy of the 3 factors I outline above.</p> <p>One feature we do plan on adding after the release of WordPress 3.3 is a more advanced file upload field that supports multiple files at once and displays a progress bar for the upload. Unfortunately, when the form is submitted, it takes a LONG TIME to submit. To make it even worse, there is no indication that the form is still working - other than the browser's pinwheel. It is very confusing. So much so that the first couple times I tested my own form I gave up and closed out of it. </p> <p>Is there ANYTHING I can do speed it up? This is one of the main reasons I purchase Gravity forms, and the way it stands now, I don't know if it's usable. </p>
