Thank you. I'll give the personal version a whirl in the near future and let you know how it goes.

You don't need more than a personal license if you are only building one site, do not need any of the add-ons, and don't need priority support.

There is no limit to the amount of text you can collect with Gravity Forms.

I don't see a need for any add-ons in what you described. If you have any additional questions, please post them here and we will review your requirements.

Thank you Chris. That's very good news. Suppose I start by purchasing a personal license and perhaps later upgrade to business? Initially there will be no income. Eventually, it may become a nonprofit and accept donations--at that point would I need a business license?

From what you say I won't need any add-ons to accomplish the posting scenario I describe. RIght? How much expertise will I need to do what I am aiming for?

Is there a limitation on the amount of text that can be collected and posted?

Thanks again,
Rod

Yes, you can create draft posts and review them before publishing them. You can allow your visitors to upload files. All licenses will work to accomplish this. The functionality of Gravity Forms is the same no matter which license you purchase. The add-ons and support levels are different with different licenses, but the software always functions in the same way.

I need to know whether I can use Forms to receive text and attached media files through Gravity Forms and then review the stuff for suitability and then easily post (at least the text) to a Wordpress site. I'm basically collecting brief stories and supporting media elements from site visitors. Grant at Headway told me GF was what I need. Is he right? If so, will all versions work?
Thx.
Rod
