Wayne, I just took a look a the page URL you posted, and there are some serious issues with the form. I do not see the fields for Name, Email Address or Subject; just the labels. Also, I see jQuery code being displayed to the visitor without the script tags. None of that is due to Gravity Forms at all. As you have discovered, this is an issue with the Canvas theme from Woothemes. There is little we can do on our end to make this work with their theme. We utilize best practices to ensure our plugin works with well-coded themes and plugins. Every once in a while, there is a conflict, and aside from a bug in Gravity Forms, I have not seen a problem like this that we an solve on our end. This is something you will have to contact Woothemes about.

It looks like something is stripping out the script tags from the Gravity Forms output. There are a couple quick tests you can do.

1. Does the form work from the form preview?

2. If you remove the reCAPTCHA from the form, does it work then? I did not see any other JavaScript functionality, like conditional logic, character count or datepicker, just the reCAPTCHA.

3. Finally, be sure you are not trying to use AJAX in your embed code. reCAPTCHA is not compatible with AJAX.

We're happy to help you troubleshoot, but I don't think there is a change we can make to Gravity Forms which will make it work in your installation.

OK, I have done the tests and found out that contact form is incompatible with WooThemes Canvas theme.

I can't just use another theme, so are you going to make it compatible with it?

Thanks,

Wayne

Wayne,

Can you please follow the instructions here on testing for a theme/plugin conflict:

All of the forms I have embedded on my web pages have some jquery error on them.

Example: http://www.theprofitshare.com/contact/

I updated the plugin again today by purchasing another year's licence and support and it still hasn't solved the problem.

There is no caching plugin activated on the site.

Thanks,
