The forms were working perfectly on my test site before I exported them out.</p> <p>I followed all the advice in this thread <a href="http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/forms-not-showing-2" rel="nofollow">http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/forms-not-showing-2</a> with no success. I switched to Twenty Eleven theme and the forms are there. I disabled all plugins and same issue.</p> <p>I'm using Genesis framework with a custom skin (child theme).</p> <p>Here is my test server: <a href="http://fw.coderiverlabs.com/walking-routes/" rel="nofollow">http://fw.coderiverlabs.com/walking-routes/</a>.
