Thanks. I tried that already and did it again but no joy. What I ended up having to do is install the plug-in on another WordPress site, then export / import the appropriate tables into the original site. I'm really not sure why it wouldn't setup the tables on the first site, but it's working now.

If there are no GF related tables in your database then the plugin didn't setup properly. I would suggest uninstalling the plugin completely, re-uploading and then re-activate the plugin. If the database tables don't exist then the plugin isn't going to be able to save forms, etc.

I've tried all of the repair steps listed in the forums: reinstall, turn off plug-ins, switch to a standard template, etc. Nothing made a difference.

One thing I did notice is that there aren't any GF related tables in my database. Why wouldn't those have been setup and how do I go about adding them?

I've installed the plug-in and it all looks like it's working however I'm unable to save any new forms. The plug-in says that the form is saved... but when I go tot he form list there is nothing there.
