If email was working before and stopped then something has changed on your site or with your web hosting/server setup.

You may want to try installing an SMTP plugin which will force WordPress to send email via SMTP. You would need to install and then configure the SMTP plugin based on settings you may need to get from your web host.

Customers have reported success with this plugin:

http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/

Also be sure to make sure the email isn't ending up in a spam folder and that is why you do not see them. This is common also.

When I installed this plugin initially it worked like a charm. Somehow something has changed and I cannot figure out why it's not send email anymore.

We're using a combination of Gravity Forms and Formstack for forms that accept payment, but I cannot figure any conflicts between those products.

An example form is: http://www.havefunbeactive.com/free-membership/

Everything on the form works as expected... we even get the "entries" listed in the admin, it's simply not sending the emails. We have tested this on another form in our members section as well.
