Does the form work properly in the preview page? </p> <p>I'm guessing that there's some sort of theme conflict at work here. If your form was using conditional logic, I would guess it was a conflict with the slider since you mentioned that but it's a simple form and not loading any additional scripting so I doubt that's it.</p> <p>If it works properly in the preview page and not in the theme, then it's a theme-related problem for sure.</p> <p>I do see that you have contact form 7 still enabled and it's loading a bunch of scripts. Sometimes the forms work sometimes they don't. We also noticed since the update, our front page slider and navigation is broken. Firefox shows them fine. We have not changed anything with our theme recently or any Javascript.
