It doesn't redirect to the successful submission page and the form does not submit. If you go to the forms section in wordpress and test the form, it works like it should.</p> <p>We've had this issue in the past, but I would fix it by deleting the page and recreating the page. That causes issues though, because it wouldn't let me make the URL the same as the original page (even if it was deleted).</p> <p>Thanks for any suggestions. </p>
