I do know that the last that ordered (and couldn't see the form) was a returning client. However, I believe we've had brand new clients (who haven't visited) have issues as well. So far I haven't had any issues viewing the form.</p> <p>It could be some other script or page element that's timing out and not letting the form or the rest of the content to load. Not sure, just throwing that out as a possibility.</p> <p>It's going to be hard to tell more without some more specific case data to work with. They get to the landing page and cannot see the form. I have to send them to our OLD cforms.</p> <p>I've started to ask PC/MAC and Browser Version. I'll have to attain that information (as I know this will be helpful) but I just started. One user was on Chrome and Firefox and couldn't see the form. So far no Explorer 6.</p> <p>I desire to move to developer... but I do not want to invest if this continues to happen (not a threat... just a ROI fact)<br /> Thank you in advance,<br /> -Matt </p>
