Are you trying to use a radio button, drop down or multiple choice field on your form and the form is not saving when you try to save it? If so, this is a mod_security firewall issue.</p> <p>To determine if it is a mod_security issue do this:</p> <p>- Create a New form<br /> - Add a Single Text Input field to your form<br /> - Save your form</p> <p>If the form saves now do the following...</p> <p>- Edit the form you just created<br /> - Add a drop down field to your form<br /> - Save your form</p> <p>If the form doesn't save and the Please wait just spins then this is indeed a mod_security firewall settings issue. Your web server is blocking the AJAX request.
