Up until quite recently (Now very frequent) I will receive orders where one products' add ons are identical to another product ordered, accidentally and unintentionally, and worst of all, they weren't charged for it. I've even demoed this on some products to see how they react in the cart and you can see the problem sometimes. </p> <p>I've looked for anything peculiar in the backend (Tech Savy 6/10) and thought that possible visits/entries on forms could be taking up some cache and removed them but needless to say, I got an order with the exact same problem shortly after.</p> <p>This has happened very rarely before so I never bothered to make a deal about it, but so far this has happened 3 times in 2 days, so I feel a little pressured to speak up.</p> <p>I understand this wasn't much to go off of, but can someone please lend a hand? </p>
