The display: none is normal for conditional logic forms to have. They were showing up fine until today. For some reason they stopped showing. If I view the source I see a style="display: none" and if I edit that then I can see my form. I saw another post refering to this and it mentioned code in the footer missing. I verified that "&lt;?php wp_footer(); ?&gt;" was in the footer.php code for my theme. What do I look for now. I'm on a time constraint and need to resolve very quickly. Thank you in advance for you help. </p>
