I'm having this same issue. I emailed Priority Support about it, and I'll post an answer here if it gets fixed. The first field header is Ôªø"Name (First)" - which is no good to me at all when I need to then take this export and import it into another system.

Can you please e-mail me the raw CSV export to : peralty@rocketgenius.com so I can see it? Also, I'm assuming you are running an English WordPress install? Lastly, are you using the latest versions of GF and WordPress? Can I have you try the export with all other plugins other than Gravity Forms turned off?

Lastly, please don't create multiple forum posts about the same issue. Our support forums aren't open on weekends and we are currently running through the backlog from that period of time.

Also -- I searched the forum before posting and saw another post on slightly different topic. But in that exchange, the GF representative pointed the user to two files to look at. Both had the odd (to me) code in the top left cell. The GF Rep said he was using a MAC.

The program I have that takes and uses the csv files started to crash when I tried to open the csv file. This is new behavior. The only thing I can see is that when I download the csv file using a MAC, the system (mine, not yours) seems to put a code in the top left header.

I can download the same file on a windows machine with no problem.

I can't even find the code using Textpad to edit it out. EXCEL shows the code, but EXCEL apparently makes some change to the file on "SAVE AS", that makes it unuseable in my program.
