Yeah, mock it up for me, and I'll go over it and tell you what is built-in, and what things you'd have to do to customize anything that isn't built-in and you can decide from there.

Thanks for the quick reply David. Would it help if I were to create a mock-up finalized form and post a link to it? I don't mind paying for this functionality at all...it just needs to work. Based on your quick response, support seems like it would be wonderful. Let me know please!

Gravity Forms does have both Admin and User notification sections. It would take a bit of customization to get fields automatically filled out based on logged in or not, but there are plenty of tutorials on this, and we are willing to help as well. With what you've said, it shouldn't be too hard, but without knowing how many options you are planning and how many fields, it is hard to determine how complex it would be.

Hi,

It looks as if your plugin will fit my needs, but I wanted to post a topic to be sure and to ask how easy/difficult it would be.

What I need to do is to have my employees (WP users) be able to fill in form fields. Preferably, some fields would be either auto-populated (based on the user) or selectable from a list (this would be for external and internal contact information; i.e. each user has a list of external contacts and a list of internal contacts). Once the user submits the form, it generates 2 email reports; one with some fields for the customer, and one with other fields for the manager..some fields on both.

Does this make sense? Is it possible? How difficult of a task is this? I need it to be drop-dead simple for the users.

Thanks!
