It would take a bit of customization to get fields automatically filled out based on logged in or not, but there are plenty of tutorials on this, and we are willing to help as well. Preferably, some fields would be either auto-populated (based on the user) or selectable from a list (this would be for external and internal contact information; i.e. each user has a list of external contacts and a list of internal contacts). Once the user submits the form, it generates 2 email reports; one with some fields for the customer, and one with other fields for the manager..some fields on both.</p> <p>Does this make sense?
