			<description>&#60;p&#62;Yes, it's possible.  But you'd have to pass the post title from Page A to Page B via the query string.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Here is a post that discusses how to pre-populate data by passing it in the query string:&#60;/p&#62;
