Very odd. Admin.php is a WordPress file that Gravity Forms makes use of. It should be executing it rather than downloading it.

Is this on a new install or is this after updating Gravity Forms?

I would suggest uninstalling and then reinstalling Gravity Forms. I've read on the WordPress.org forums this can also be caused by memory issues, you may want to increase your available PHP memory. A tutorial for that can be found here:

When I click on some of the links in the admin section of GF wordpress wants me to download 'admin.php' rather than execute it? Also I get error 404 when I click on an entry to view.. Any ideas?
