David,
Awesome - much easier than I thought that was going to be. Just tested it out as you suggested and assigned custom classes to each HTML field for unique positioning - works like a charm.

Thanks a lot,
Jonathon

Check out our demos available here: http://gravityforms.com/demo and look specifically at conditional logic in any field. Basically, you would want to have HTML blocks with the pictures or text in them that are hidden and only shown when a user selects them. If you make a product field, and then an options field, and then use the options as toggles for the conditional logic, you should be able to get what you want.

Thanks David,
Would that mean picking up those values and writing scripts to show the appropriate images as they are selected? GF would take care of updating the item total based on selected options? Are there any tutorials or posts you're aware of for more info?

Thank you,
J

You would want to use Product and Options fields to do what you've mentioned. Both field types have options available that let you select various field types for them to show as, as well as values.

I'm wondering if GF would work for driving an ecommerce section - I have a developer license - specifically, I'm looking for a way to use radio buttons / checkboxes for selecting options - those options effect total price of the product. Then, I need a way to visually show those selected options on the product image alongside those options.

Example would be a yellow circle with options for eyes / nose / mouth. And choices for mad eyes (+5) / happy eyes (-5). Frown mouth (+5) / smile mouth (-5). And the face image updating as the choices are selected. Then an add to cart with the choices made.

Any insight, much appreciated.
