It was then noticed that GF has "United States" as an option, and MC wanted "United States of America". We changed the drop down in GF to say "United States of America", tested it, and everything works now. It was working originally when it was all set up 6 months ago, but just within the past week it was noticed that the information isn't being passed from the gravity form to mail chimp.</p> <p>[edit] After looking into it more deeply, some people are being added to mailchimp through the gravity form field. But when we tested it, we were not added, nor was our client when she was testing it. There appeared to be some people with in the form "entries" that weren't added, and some that were. So it's spotty at best. After clicking the submit button our webpage that has the GF form, you are taken to another page where you have to re-input all the same information AGAIN.<br /> I've checked all my settings, deactivated/reactivated the MailChimp plugin, checked the API key, everything seems to be in order.
