For some reason we have found that after form submission (we also use paypal pro for payment). Users are experiencing errors saying the page cannot be loaded or found. This has now happened on IPads and in google chrome. This is resulting in people registering multiple times as they think that the original transaction did not take place (even though it did). Some are registering as many as 4 times!!!!! We check our entries each day and this is becoming a daily issue requiring multiple refunds through paypal then deletion of their entries. Could you please explain what the issue might be please????? </p>
