For the first one, any smart phone that supports JavaScript should support the tooltips. For the youtube question, none of the tooltips scripts I have seen allow embedding a video. How do I know which solution is for me? I want something that works on smart phones. 2. Do either of these ToolTips allow me to embed a youtube video?
