If you let the developer know, they might be able to help fix the issue. All my best!

Found it. Turns out that the problem is that I had created the page in Copyblogger's Premise landing page plug-in. As soon as I took the page and put it in a regular Wordpress page it worked just fine.

Thanks. Love when it's an easy fix (well, sort of, as I I really like using Premise, but so be it).

Hi there, if it is working preview mode, this usually means there is a theme/plugin conflict that is stopping it from working live. Can you try the following steps please and see if you can isolate the issue? http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict

I created a form and coded a gf_form_confirmation function to add up values and kick out a response and dropped the function in my functions.php. It's working great in preview mode. But, as soon as I put it on the page it's supposed to appear on, the form appears and I can submit it, but the response isn't showing up on the page. I have the form setting set so that the confirmation is "text" and it's a blank textbox. I've tried checking and checking the "Disable Auto-formatting" and it doesn't seem to matter.

The page: http://keyboardathletes.com/food/
