Turns out that the problem is that I had created the page in Copyblogger's Premise landing page plug-in. As soon as I took the page and put it in a regular Wordpress page it worked just fine.</p> <p>Thanks. It's working great in preview mode. But, as soon as I put it on the page it's supposed to appear on, the form appears and I can submit it, but the response isn't showing up on the page. I have the form setting set so that the confirmation is "text" and it's a blank textbox.
