I have selected the "Top Label" option for this form but applying alternating "gf_left_half" &amp; "gf_right_half" to the last two form fields on this form - they wont line up horizontally.</p> <p><a href="http://s139079.gridserver.com/?page_id=221" rel="nofollow">http://s139079.gridserver.com/?page_id=221</a></p> <p>See the 'City' and 'Phone' fields have these two classes applied.
