When setting up PayPal Pro subscription payments, please keep in mind that the only way to currently cancel a subscription is via the entry details in the WordPress Dashboard or your PayPal account.

PayPal will communicate back to your site via IPN when a recurring payment profile has been canceled.

Your user would need to have access to your form entries to do this - which I would assume you wouldn't want to do. We don't have a way to tie a specific entry to a user via a role permission.

How can I give the user ability to cancel their own recurring paypal subscription? Meaning, I would like the user to be able to log into their Wordpress account and then there would be a link "cancel subscription" and it would send the info (I assume transaction id, etc) back to paypal and then "cancel" the recurring payments with paypal and "deactivate" them as a valid user on the Wordpress site.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide
