Notifications are either set to on or not. For example, if the form includes Name, Address, City, State, Phone, Email... can I have them check a box to receive an email after they submit the form that shows what they entered into the boxes, and letting them know their request was received? We're using Gravity Forms for Wordpress, if that makes a difference. </p>
