Hi Rob,
Thank you for your feedback.

The "own value" is a product field from the pricing options.

Regarding the notifaction here is what the clients wants to happen........

"
If someone selects paypal, form still needs to submit even if they don’t input their paypal info (some people do this and then pay by paypal later on).....we need to see how people are intending on paying….
"

So, what I was hoping to do was send it through to paypal but at the same time also send the email through to the client when submit is made?

Thanks for your help Rob - much aappreciated!

What field type were you using for the enter your own value? Are you using the user-defined price product field alongside the fixed pricing options?

As far as your notifications piece goes, you can set a condition in the paypal feed to only send notification once payment has been made.

Also,

Is it possible to route the email on submit to both paypal and to the clients email address so he can see immediately that a form has been submitted????

Thank you for any help anyone can provide and an urgent solution if at all possible would be great!

Thanks again !!!!!

Hi,

I have set up the following form for a client:

http://www.golfdaysuk.co.uk/gift-vouchers

On submission, it directs to paypal if the following condition is met:
The paypal option is selected above the Submit button.

I have a product field set up for "Gift Voucher Value"

Everything works fine but I now need a new field where if the user selects the gift value voucher as "I want to enter my own value".

I have set this up and hidden it for now. It appears when the user selects the "I want to enter my own value" option.

However, if I put a price in this new field, it does not redirect to paypal?

The client has requested I hide the "I want to enter my own value" and the "hidden field that appears" if that is selected for now as the site is live.

Please can you tell me how this is done.

Thank you!!!
