We have the same situation as the OP.</p> <p>Using the Members plugin, if we could add custom capabilities (e.g., gravityforms_view_entries_form1, gravityforms_edit_entries_form2, etc) that would be enough. We could then enable/disable permissions based in the Role Manager included with Members. The forms and especially the entries from one department should not be accessible for the other departments. </p> <p>I have tried the role management module, which seems insufficient as it only deals with permissions levels across forms - not specific forms.</p> <p>Any ideas how to accomplish this.
