Then upload the XML file somewhere where you can provide us a link to do download it and post it here. I started a new form and called "AGILIUM ANMÄLAN"<br /> 2. The first field is a dropdown with four different items<br /> f.ex. labelled: "Agila lättrörliga team i vården – agi001"<br /> 3. If the field have "– agi001" I can not send notications to admin and the routing option dropdown fieldname contains strange character instead of "–"...<br /> 4. My theory is: Because the strange character is there the routing option cannot send the message?</p> <p>Is the fields in gravityforms not all utf-8 </p>
