There are examples of populating hidden fields on the forum that discuss how to do this. You would have to know what the URL is then populate a hidden field on your form with that value.</p> <p>Then on the confirmation page you would display that field value to the user.</p> <p>Another option would be if you are using the 1.5 development release the Confirmation Text message supports shortcodes.
