			<description>&#60;p&#62;Okay, weird. I don't know that you normally have to uninstall/reinstall after testing for a conflict but I've seen stranger things happen. I'm glad you got it working and thanks for the update.

You have to do the &#34;Testing for a Theme/Plugin Conflict&#34; first then uninstall the plugin and reinstall again.

			<description>&#60;p&#62;I've purchase this form yesterday and doesn't seem to be working.  It says &#34;Oops! We could not locate your form.&#34;  I've tried creating another form thinking that would help. Also, I've looked through the forum and had no luck with finding a solution.  I did read that this might be a theme conflict. &#60;/p&#62;
