If you are receiving a blank page, a 500 Internal Server Error should be logged. Please check with your host to determine what error is causing the blank screen.

You can also start clean with no plugins and a default theme, either twenty ten or twenty eleven, then install and activate Gravity Forms. Checking for theme and plugin conflicts is normally something we suggest when you have access to your admin, but you do not, so you will need to remove Gravity Forms first, then get into your admin, activate a default theme and deactivate all plugins, then activate Gravity Forms. The steps are documented here http://rkt.gs/testing

Apparently there was un update, however, it didn't say so. But on the plugin page, i checked the box next to the plugin and selected the update action from bulk actions dropdown and it updated.

Then i went to log out and it goes to a blank page. Same thing it does when i try to log in.

Can you please confirm you are using the latest version of Gravity Forms and WordPress? Also, have you made any edits to any of the Gravity Forms plugin files?

Sounds like a conflict. Can you turn on WordPress debugging and then turn Gravity Forms on and see if it outputs an error: http://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress

When Gravity Forms plugin is activated administrators cannot log into the admin panel. When i rename the gravity forms plugin folder, it fixes the problem. Any pointers?
