Hi,
In case anyone else wants to manage forms access and can not find the answer here is the solution I found.
I finally found a tip on the forum. I changed from the "Role Manager" plugin to the "Members" plugin which gave me access to set all the different levels of user access to Gravity Forms. My user can now view the collected data and notes and export it, nothing else.

I am still using "Role Scoper" as well which seems to play nice with Members. (Role Scoper requires you to also have Members, or another Role Manager)
Slight over kill as I only use it to get finer control over the "Appearance" menu. It is the only plugin I have found that allows you to grant access to edit menus without also allowing access to change themes etc!

Hi,
I am using Role Manager and Role Scoper plugins to manage user capabilities.
When I deny all access plugins, Gravity Forms is still on the menu.
When I check the screens in the 2 manager plugins there is no option to manage Gravity Forms access (there is for some other plugins)
below my defined user role where all the capability options are check boxes, it has the text "Additional Capabilities, gform_full_access"
Does anyone know how to remove that access from a user, either using one of the plugins OR not.
Thanks Mark
PS, I know this is not the right place, but if anyone knows how to add a custom capability in Role Manager that would be awesome. I have found nothing but unanswered question in web searches.
