It is in configuring that feed that you will set the options for the number of payments. You also have the option to configure multiple feeds based on choices in your form. So you may have multiple feeds for this form, based on the choices made in the form. You can use conditional logic in the form for the plan, and for the choice to pay lump sum of spread it out over some months.
