Yeehaw! Been waiting for recurring and one off payments in a single form via Authorize.Net. Thanks. So, how do I set that up?

I am having trouble adding an ARB subscription to my form. I have all of the following:

• Latest Gravity form version and Wordpress version
• Auth.net add on installed with the API and Transaction key working
• ARB checked in the Auth.net settings.

What am I missing? When I add a product it gives me the following options:

• Single Product
• Drop Down
• Radio Button
• User Defined Price
• Hidden
• Calculation

But no ARB option. Can you point me in the right direction?

Yes, when you create the feed you can use subscription for the ARB with recurring billing, and non-subscription for the one-time purchase of products. It will be two separate feeds, but can be one form in Gravity Forms (it does not have to be, but it can be) and only one authorize.net account is required.

Great, so one account will work (with ARB added) to handle recurring billing and the sale of individual items because I have the option of turning it on or off when creating a 'feed' or form. Correct?

You need only one type of account with Authorize.net. As I understand it, you can add ARB (Automated Recurring Billing) to any Authorize.net account. See the details here: http://www.authorize.net/solutions/merchantsolutions/pricing/

Looks like one account, and you have to have ARB enabled in that account to handle recurring payments. You can select ARB (or not) in the Gravity Forms settings on a per-feed basis (in other words, some feeds can use ARB, and some can not use it for your individual sales.)

Hi there. We are considering grabbing the Developers license in order to use the Authorize.net extension that has been released. We are a membership site that offers individual products for purchase as well. We already have an Authorize.net CRM account set up. We plan to use Gravity Forms to handle subscriptions and recurring payment. And the WooCommerce plugin to handle the purchasing of individual products by non members.

What type of authorize.net account do we need for the gravity forms, recurring payment to work for us? And do we need a separate authorize.net account to process items sold on a case by case, individual basis?

Thank you for the answer to this pre-sales question.

Bryan
