When Gravity Forms plugin is activated administrators cannot log into the admin panel. When i rename the gravity forms plugin folder, it fixes the problem. Any pointers?

This message after enabling it: The plugin generated 4 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.

And this message when i view home page: Notice: Undefined index: view in /wp-content/plugins/gravityforms/gravityforms.php on line 65

Apparently there was un update, however, it didn't say so. But on the plugin page, i checked the box next to the plugin and selected the update action from bulk actions dropdown and it updated.

Then i went to log out and it goes to a blank page. Same thing it does when i try to log in.

Still broken. Not fixed. Please help. Thanks.
