Whoa, Sorry I missed it earlier. I must be going blind. You can target the icon and move it this way.

[css]
body .gform_wrapper img.ui-datepicker-trigger {
    margin-top: 5px;
}

screenshot: http://bit.ly/qrYAqP

Also, I noticed your form was inheriting some left margins from your theme that you probably don't want. You can add this to the end of your theme stylesheet to override that.

[css]
body .Post .Entry .gform_wrapper li {
    margin-left: 0
}

Mike, it looks like you moved the icon since last night? Looks OK to me in both Chrome and Firefox now. Were you able to resolve the issue?

@mikelphotos,

The calendar image problem could be caused by a variety of things in your theme styles. If you can share a URL to your form page we can check it out and tell you for sure.

Disregard. It was an issue with the templates plugin for displaying images that was causing the error. Removed the image and all is well in the world with the exception of my calendar icon showing up way to the right... anyone know how to fix that? :)

I'm not sure why its happening but whenever I turn on the gravity forms plugin it causes the navigation submenus on the top of my site to appear. Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated!

http://www.mikelphotos.com/contact/ is the page that includes gravity forms.
http://www.mikelphotos.com/faq/ is another static wordpress page setup the same way but does not cause the submenu navigation items to appear next to my logo.
