Can you explain more?</p> <p>f) this would require some custom code from you. You could query the entry for the expiration date or renewal date of the subscription, then email them a reminder. This is not something that Gravity Forms will do by itself. </p> https://legacy.forums.gravityhelp.com/topic/gravity-forms-directory-and-paypal#post-146208 Tue, 12 Feb 2013 08:20:12 +0000 u2sonderzug 146208@https://legacy.forums.gravityhelp.com/ <p>I just wanted to see if the following use-case is possible with a Developer License version of Gravity Forms:</p> <p>a) A user registers via a custom Gravity Form personal and business details (i.e. name, business address, web address, etc)<br /> b) They pay $50 via Paypal for an annual membership<br /> c) Through using the 'Gravity Forms Directory plugin' (<a href="http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/gravity-forms-addons/" rel="nofollow">http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/gravity-forms-addons/</a>) we can list custom fields relating to their business from their original registration page.<br /> d) They can always login and edit what is in the directory under their listing<br /> e) They have the possibility to extend this by logging in and paying again<br /> f) They are reminded via email when payment is due 1 month or similar before their directory listing will expire</p> <p>If there is some other way to accomplish the same thing, I'm interested in hearing it. We have the kind of customers who won't go on to a subscription that gets billed each year, we need to have them come on manually and renew each year. </p> <p>Thank you </p>
